- Specifications: 项目位于吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克（Бишкек）楚河大街黄金地段，为集购物、餐饮、办公于一体的城市综合体。地下 2 层（混凝土）加地上 8 层（钢框架），总建筑面积 28000 平方米，建筑高度 36.5 米。主结构采用钢管混凝土柱（Φ800x20）加焊接 H 型钢梁（H600x250x12x16）框架体系，配合钢筋混凝土核心筒，组合楼盖采用 76-344-688 压型钢板加 130mm 钢筋混凝土现浇层。考虑比什凯克位于天山北麓地震带，抗震设防 9 度（罕遇地震加速度 0.4g），层间位移角控制在 1/350 以内。立面采用单层玻璃幕墙配 200mm 岩棉防火带，达到 EI60 防火等级。所有构件在中国制造分批集装运输至比什凯克 Manas 货运站，现场分 5 个流水段安装，主体结构吊装周期 75 天。
